“I have become very compassionate about trying to help the people in Haiti sustain life, which is very difficult after all the unrest of the past year. So when asked to Chair this event, how could I say no?! I have seen what an impact BGM has done and is doing there. Lives have been changed and will continue to be changed because of their work. Last year, I helped with this event and cannot wait to see the impact of this year’s event as we include the work in the Mississippi Delta/Jonestown.”
