Who can come?

Churches, families, student groups, and organizations are all welcome to serve in Jonestown. No matter your skill level, there’s a place for you—whether that’s construction, medical care, kids’ ministry, agriculture, or simply showing up with a willing heart.

How to schedule your trip:

  1. Choose your date

    Check the MS Delta Trip Calendar and select an open week.

  2. Register Your Team

    Submit the MS Delta Initial Registration Form.

  3. Secure Your Spot

    Mail a non-refundable $500 deposit to:

Important Deadlines

120 Days Before Trip:
$50 deposit per participant

60 Days Before Trip:
Submit all required forms
Pay full balance (minus initial deposit)

Delta Initial Registration Form

Team Leader submits to schedule a trip and mails a non-refundable $500 deposit to secure the trip dates.

Team Leader submits at least 60 days before the trip.

Delta Participant Info + Release Form

ALL participants submit to register for the trip.

This form will ask all medical and dental professionals to provide the following documents:

1: Copy of diploma from school (medical, dental, nursing or pharmacy school)

2: Copy of annual license

Trip Details

Summer Trips (6 nights)
Arrive Saturday, depart Friday
Minimum 4-day stay with at least 20 participants

Weekday Trips (4 nights)
Available mid-August through mid-May
Arrive Monday, depart Friday

Weekend Trips (2 nights)
Arrive Friday, depart Sunday
Minimum stay: 2 nights

Lodging Capacity:
24 participants

Minimum Age:
6 years (ages 6–12 must be accompanied by a parent, and ages 13–17 must have a 4:1 teen-to-adult ratio)

We’ll help customize your team’s ministry based on your strengths and the needs in Jonestown. Opportunities may include:

  • Home repair and construction

  • Medical and dental clinics

  • VBS, sports, and children’s outreach

  • Bible studies and worship services

  • Economic development support

  • Gardening and beautification

Cost Overview

Trip Fees Per Person:
Summer (6 nights): $420
Weekday (4 nights): $280
Weekend (2 nights): $140

Fees include lodging, lunch and dinner each day, and ministry coordination. Transportation is not included.

Family Discounts:
3rd family member: 25% off
4th: 50% off
5th and above: 75% off

Additional Expenses:
Bring up to $100 for snacks, drinks, or souvenirs.
